Private Shooting Lesson (Off-ice)

Service Description

Sessions include cognitive development (see our page on brain training), muscle activation (for those specific to shooting), shooting analysis & instruction, strength training exercises (as required), stretching protocols, and take-home work to bolster progress in between sessions. Synthetic ice allows for shooting with or without skates, however we suggest using them to simulate on-ice mechanics. Training is personalized to focus on your athlete's needs.
