Service Description

Elite off-ice development programs for athletes of any age and skill level (Currently, we train athletes as young as 5 years old up to players as advanced as the NHL). Sessions include cognitive activities, (see our page on brain training), mobility work (including anatomy lessons and resources), strength and conditioning (muscle gain, strength, power, speed/agility) and applicable cooldown routines and take-home activities to bolster progress with specific protocols.
