Semi-Private Shooting Lesson (Off-ice)

Service Description

Sessions include cognitive development (see our page on brain training), muscle activation (for those specific to shooting), shooting analysis & instruction, strength training exercises (as required), stretching protocols, and take-home work to bolster progress in between sessions. Training is personalized to focus on the needs of each athlete. Training with teammates or friends is best. Athlete booking must provide 2nd player to train with. Price listed is total price ($30 per player).
